On 10th of June 2021, the 29th Session of the standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China adopted the decision of the amending on the Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, which will come into force on September 1st 2021.Ten breakthroughs and innovations can be summarized from the 56 articles amended to the new Work Safety Law, a series of new ideas, new concepts, new strategies and new measures are proposed.

The company attaches great importance to the enactment and implementation of the New Work Safety Law. In order to improve staffs awareness, law concepts, and safety management level, the company organized a training meeting on 27th of August 2021. The company's safety committee director Chen Yizhi, Shi Jiangyong, He Jing, Chen Guohua, Ma Hedong, Ye Hua and a total of 16 members of the safety committee, full-time (part-time) security officers, department leaders and key members attended the training. The safety committee deputy director He Jing gave a mobilization speech, and outlined the new law background. He introduced the main features and the highlights of the revision, and emphasized the importance of establishing the concept of safe development. He pointed out that we should to deepen the implementation of responsibility in accordance with the law and order, ensure zero accidents in production safety, constantly summarize the lessons of production safety accidents, and build a safe environment of production and living.

The meeting focuses on learning ten highlights of the new Work Safety Law. The safety committee director Chen Yizhi emphasized that the staffs need to study the new Work Safety Law seriously, and put forward five requirements:

First, it must to insist on people-oriented life first, and establish the principle of safety first, fully understand the importance of safety. The safety is the biggest benefit, and the accident is the biggest cost. Second, it must to consolidate the main safety responsibility of enterprises, strengthen the awareness of red line, and implement the safety responsibility of all personnel; Third, we should find gaps and problems, and revise the company safety management system; Fourthly, it is necessary to clarify post responsibilities, pay attention to safety implementation, and transform laws and regulations into actions; Fifth, we need to gather regulatory synergy, promote work reform and innovation with law and order, carry out frequent inspections ,and establish a safe and stable working environment.

Through the training meeting, the employees will further strengthen the sense of safety responsibility and legal, and improve the awareness of employees to study law and abide by the law. This training meeting pointed out the direction of future safety work and put forward specific requirements for the company. The safety work will be carried out around the spirit of the meeting orderly.
